RootsMagic 11 help says it is on the Publish page but – nope. Not on mine which is up to date as of 12 Feb 2026. Very frustrating. I will check on the youtube videos in the meantime….

Well I’m replying to myself because I found it and want others to find it too. I had to log out and then log back in. Then the option appeared. In the process of using now…. Please RootsMagic people, update the Help….You have to select Publish BEFORE you open a file.
You can also see if you have the latest update and the version you are running by going to the Home screen where you can see “Updates”
You can’t open the Publish page if no database is open. What I suspect happened is you had Report and Charts open and didn’t use the back arrow to go to the main Publish page. If you happened to close the database, reopening it would default back to the main Publish page.
