After downloading Rootsmagic, I get a homepage, though I do not see anywhere to signin with a username or password. I only see a log in to signin for the community site. Am I missing something, I don’t see a My Rootsmagic option either. Can you post some screenshots and explain how to be signin the site itself, the initial worksheet?
Clarifying what you mean by RootMagic Site?
are you referring to MyRootsMagic ? Also if you need to reset your password that needs to be done a ticket (or contact Renee) – the reset options in not working.

If you are just trying to use RM on your PC, there is no logon. You just use it. The logon would be if you are trying to publish your data online at myrootsmagic.com.

The MyRootsMagic websites are ones that we host for users. That option is not available until you have a database open in the program. Have you gotten that far?

No,i haven’t got that far as yet. Going to transfer some trees first from familysearch to rootsmagic. Will be able to work in them this Saturday June 06, 2026. Thank you, I believe I understand that i will be able to setup the Myrootsmagic login. Appreciate your reply

you can update your site as often as you like once you have establish it and you can have multiple “trees” as long as < 200mb.
The process is simple - but the online trees is/are static. And need to be update when you want to reflect the latest info. ALso Media is quite limited (But its “free” so It great)
