Undergraduate degree with major in math, minor in physics. Graduate degree in computer science. 5 decade career in IT, mostly at colleges and universities. Early on programmed operating system code in assembly languages. Numerous other computer languages since. Ended career as CIO in charge of IT and library. Taught numerous college level math and computer courses, but was never a full time professor because my day job was IT.
