I am using RM9 and until the last couple of days, I had no problems connecting to my tree on Ancestry. Now when I try to connect, it opens 7 windows saying “Ancestry Sign-in Successful” then nothing. Any advice appreciated, thanks.
Ancestry changed the program interface that RM uses for TreeShare and RM created version 11.2 to able to connect.

I believe RM is offering an additional discount on the upgrade to version 11
This is a change forced on them by ancestry
