Treeshare with Ancestry stopped working

I am using RM9 and until the last couple of days, I had no problems connecting to my tree on Ancestry. Now when I try to connect, it opens 7 windows saying “Ancestry Sign-in Successful” then nothing. Any advice appreciated, thanks.

Ancestry changed the program interface that RM uses for TreeShare and RM created version 11.2 to able to connect.

Thanks for the replies. So that means I have to buy an upgraded version, is that right?

I am afraid so

I believe RM is offering an additional discount on the upgrade to version 11

This is a change forced on them by ancestry
