Have been working on this for months. Have tried the reset. Can not figure out how to delete cache and cookies, or how to turn off the firewall. Ancestry tries to log me in 7 times with some kind of error box that just keeps disappearing. I have logged out and in. Do not know how to turn off the 2 level encryption in Ancestry. At my wits end.
Turned off 2-step verification. Nothing changed. Still loops 7 times.
Turned off firewall, still no change. Says I have logged in successfully and no connection.
Was able to sign in to FamilySearch, which I have not attempted before.

You should state what version of RM you are using, available by clicking on the 3-dots at the upper right of the main screen and then on “About RootsMagic” so that other users know your context:

Looks like you have RM9. You will need to upgrade to RM11 in order to sign into Ancestry. Ancestry changed to a new API in 11.1.0 and older versions no longer work.
