It means importing a large tree from Ancestry into RM does not complete. This has been going on since sometime in version 9.
keithcstone identified a file ( don’t know which one ) that seemed to be filling up and causing the process to hang. This seems reasonable as the percentage transferred has dropped as my Ancestry tree has grown.
I no longer have a tree in RM.
RM will upload a tree to ancestry but you must exclude media and sources. A long running issue.
Since he identified it, write the info down and delete it. I would.
I am curious if it happens in FTM. You probably don’t have that.
In my conversation with Keith, he did delete it, RM rebuilt it, but would only go so far before stalling again.
I have use FTM and have had no issues with it at all.
