Hi. I was using RM9 on Mac but it would crash every 3-4 edits whilst working between Ancestry and RM. Frustrated, I upgraded to RM11 yesterday. I have 5 trees and opening/converting each one, I found I could not TreeShare with Ancestry. Unable to find a solution, I decided to start again by downloading the trees from Ancestry into RM. 3 trees with sources and no media were successful. However 2 trees (one with 750 individuals and the other with 2500 individuals) along with sources and media became stuck at the 1-2% of media download.
I have also tried to restore backups of the 2 files in question and despite waiting about 30 minutes or more, the program had frozen.
What next to get these 2 trees to download and TreeShare with Ancestry please?
