on the following FSC screen example Frank Souza on right (FS side) is gray but on left side is blue.
Same for Mary Perry.
What is not shown is the the left side is G4M8-MT2 (Frank) and (Mary) GDWY-R43 in RM. (you would need to pull up edit screen to find info or “show on FS”).
This would be helpful to show what is the actual FSID of the RM person on left vs what is being shown in FSC

You can change the number to show to FSID and get what you want.
I want both (not one or the other) – sorry I should have clarified that.
Since this is the FSC screen without a doubt those IDs so be of primary focus.
Why should have have to spend mutiple click to find them and go back and forth (even with two monitors that is way too much – much worse on one laptop)
Turn on the FSID to be display in Settings and you get RIN & FSID.
You can see that on the left Mary - 5133 is matched to someone other then Mary on the right.
that what I was looking for -but I did not know that option altered the FSC display. also I thought when FSID was on the RIN was turned off

however you lose the RIN on the other screens which is what I do not want
so then to get what I want to see on FSC screen and still have RIN elsewhere - need an enchancement or separate setting for FSC to get both FSC / RIN and leave other places / reports to RIN
