Oops - I went to another person and the Marriage fact options shows up so disregard the following.
I accidentally hit Delete while in the Fact Types list and I guess I deleted the Marriage fact.
Is there a way to restore this?

It’s impossible to delete any of RM’s built-in facts from the Fact Types list, and Marriage is one of the built-in fact types. Are you sure you didn’t delete a Marriage fact accidentally from a person’s Edit Person screen?
You can filter the Fact Type list by typing into the search box. So another possibility is that you accidentally filtered the Fact Type list in such a way that the Marriage fact didn’t show up.
