I am unable to add marriage/marriage banns to fact form. It is also missing in the fact list. I have followed the instructions.
Marriage Bann is standard in RM.
By “Fact form” do you mean the Add Person screen or the Edit Person screen?
I’m “guessing” his use of Customize in the post title means he’s referring to the People List pane Customize option.
If he is referring either to the People List View screen or to the Add Person screen, then Marriage Bann is not supported on either of those screens. That’s because those screens do not support any family facts (couple facts) such as Marriage or Divorce.
