I’m trying to print the first page of a Family Group sheet and am unable to do so because I am getting the following three error messages. I’m not at all technologically gifted so I have no idea what to do or how to get them fixed.

Access violation at address 0000000102D83E30, accessing address 0000000000000018.
Try Save to File (instead of Print). Then open the saved file and try printing from there. It should print
-if yes, just completely closing out RM and restarting should return things to normal.
-if no, close RM completely, then restart to open the problem database and run Tools>Database Tools>(Integrity then Rebuild. then Remove Phantom and finally Compact)
