When creating the MyRootsMagic website check the box for Photos, but not the one “Primary photos only”. That will include the other media.
Thanks Renee, that does make a big difference, I now need to sort out what media should be copied, I now get a message telling me that the data is too great, but I can deal with that.

I had some issues with MyRootsMagic using RM9 and what I remember being told is that it was designed for RM7, so I guess it’s best optimized with that version still? I’m still hoping it gets a refresh to include all the new colours and stuff!
For media, especially documents, I decided to use G Drive since I have such a wide mix of pdfs, pngs, and jpgs. I created a google account for the family trees I wanted to have a website (eg lastname_familytree@gmail…) and upload the relevant media to G Drive that’s organized like I have it on my computer. I think I think I actually have it set to sync with my computer files. Privacy is set to anyone with a link as a “Viewer” (the items are easily found online/genealogy sites already anyway). I have the MRM media gallery off and added a custom link in the settings to the Drive. I might add a single portrait image into RM to upload to the site for the people I have photos of, but for documents and larger family albums, this has been my solution for now
