Family Atlas Cannot Find My RootsMagic 9 File to Upload

When I triy to import my RM 9 file, Family Atlas is looking for an *.rmgc or *rmg file and cannot find my *.rmtree file. Has Family Atlas not been updated to permit importing the current RootsMagic 9 file format?

I’m having the same issue with the RM App for iPhone. When I refresh the files it cannot see the *.rmtree file. Any ideas on how to fix this please? (Note I store my files for RM 9 and the App in DropBox)

Hi,
Use the EXPORT DATA - EXPORT to DROPBOX option. (This will write the file in the correct format)

For Family Atlas you need to import a GEDCOM from RM9.
