I have a question about when an ERROR happens in RootsMagic, and it says it sends the error report to RootsMagic. The same errors keep happening after they have been sent into RM, and many updates have come and gone. So questions are: Should I not depend on the auto reporting of errors to RM? Then, if this is not the correct way to report errors needing to be fixed, what is the correct way for me to report them?
Send in the error report each time. If you can recreate the issue then send in a ticket to support with the details that make it happen.
