Tree Share , access error

I am getting an access error verification message popping up when I sync from Ancestry.

Click on the tree, amend the first change click to accept the changes, RM 8.2 thinks about it then does it.

Do another and I get the error message so I close and start again, where it works OK then falls over again.

I keep sending the message to support but even updating to 8.2 the errors still occur.

Sending in the error report is good but we also need the steps to recreate it. Open a support ticket if you have not already done so to report it. Give us the steps to reproduce it. We may also need the database and the tree shared for testing.

I’ll raise a Support Ticket.

It is happening all all the trees.

Before the post I had sync’d three different trees and they all had the error.
