When inputting information into RM8 the program froze 4 times! I know using a new program can take time to get used to it but having it freeze so many times is very off putting. Hopefully this problem will be ironed out soon. I am also finding the screen a bit too busy. Simplicity is much better. I will persevere then make up my mind if RM8 is worth it
I have experienced the same problem today (19 Oct 2021) with RM8 when trying to share a census fact with another individual. Only solution was Ctrl Alt Del.
Then tried it with RM7 and no such problem. Are we still reporting bugs?
Yes, we need to keep reporting bugs via Support.
It isn’t reasonable to assume any investigation of anything reported here. Maybe when things quieten down a lot.
