@thburkhart Don’t use the 64 bit version. Download the 32 bit version and use it. See the other messages about access violations.

We can confirm there is an Access Violation error that will appear when the mouse cursor is moved across the new icons in the Info Box, at the top of the sidebar. This is only happening on the 64-bit Windows version of RM11. Do you think this fits the description on what you are experiencing?
This issue should be resolved when the first update to RM11 is released. Until then the options are to download the 32-bit Windows version, or carefully move the mouse cursor from above or below the icon to click on it.

For the past two days I have been comparing people with missing information in RM7 to the same people in FamilySearch on a second laptop with Windows 11 Pro. I started out with the exact same database and rin numbers jn my RM7 database and in my new RM 11 database Ibeen getting access violation errors every couple of hours. Doing these comparisons I have opened and closed many screens in RM 11 and produced many many mouse clicks. I have the 32 bit version installed
