I started genealogy in the late 1960’s by asking my parents about relatives I met and how they were related. Originally my record keeping was on paper, then sometime later in the 1980’s I found the PAF computer program. After that, I used Roots IV, Family Origins (all versions I think), and RootsMagic (all versions). Of course, I have played with other programs but dropped them.
