Occassionally when I synch RM10 with Ancestry.com I get people showing up under “Only show changed people” that don’t appear to have any changes and no options to make changes. Is there something I am missing? I will upload a screenshot.
It just means Ancestry moved or changed something in the background.

It could also be that you’ve added a relation in RM so the existing individual is marked as changed. When you upload the new individual to Ancestry, Ancestry will also update the existing individual so the data now matches. Both RM and Ancestry have the existing individual marked as changed but the data all matches so there is nothing to do.
A similar thing will happen if the addition is made on Ancestry.
