Webhints not showing

Hi folks,

Whenever I click on Webhints, I’m no longer getting anything on the pop up screen. I’ve gone through all the settings and I cannot figure out what’s gone wrong. I’ve been using RootsMagic for years and never had this problem. I’ve been on RM 9 for months but this is relatively new in the last week or so.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Doesn’t seem to be a system issue, working perfectly for me. Looks like it is an issue your end.

What providers do you have enabled under Settings, WebHints? What color was the WebHint bulb? If yellow did it have a blue ring around it?
