All Webhints have totally disappeared, in the last 2 days.

Do they disappear a year after buying RM ?? Or do you have to buy RM again

So I have bought a new copy of RM9, but I still do not get any webhints.

All setup in settings, so should be OK.

Any ideas please.

  1. check your settings under the gear icon.
  2. be sure you are logged into ancestry and family search.
  3. be sure that you have uploaded a tree to ancestry.

ask RM for a refund for your unnecessary purchase of a 2nd copy.
