All Webhints have totally disappeared, in the last 2 days.
Do they disappear a year after buying RM ?? Or do you have to buy RM again

So I have bought a new copy of RM9, but I still do not get any webhints.
All setup in settings, so should be OK.
Any ideas please.

- check your settings under the gear icon.
- be sure you are logged into ancestry and family search.
- be sure that you have uploaded a tree to ancestry.
ask RM for a refund for your unnecessary purchase of a 2nd copy.

Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps.
