It says, “What’s New” FamilySearch has new information for 7835 of your people. But look, the “new information” is UNKNOWN FATHER on Family Tree versus the person does not have a father in RM 9. That isn’t my idea of “new information.”
Looks to me that there isn’t a Father record in RM but there is a Unknown Father record in FS. So you have the option of adding FS to your RM.
Click on “Show on FamilyTree” and you will see that Angelina has a Mother & Father. You can determine how the Father was added. Someone might have just added a “unknown” to show she had a father.

FamilySearch will always show Unknown father/mother when its a single parent family. Not all the information is viewable on FamilySearch. That is why you may have someone show on the changes list but not personally seen anything different.
