I deleted a tree in ancestry that my roots magic was syncing to so I new to find out how to make rm sync to a new tree on ancestry. Also how can i get my photos from rm to upload to the correct person on ancestry?
open your database in rm8 and click the ancestry icon in the sidebar to upload to a new tree. However if you use a mac you can forget including media in the upload as it fails with media.
I have no problem with my Mac when uploading media on a new Ancestry tree. You can unlink from the current Ancestry tree by going to Settings, WebHints and under Ancestry clicking on “Disconnect from Ancestry Tree”. Click on “Reset TreeShare” too. You will then be able to upload a new Ancestry tree and if media it checked it will upload.
