Start person/Last person - not working

Hi,

I use RM11 on a Wins 11 64 bit laptop.

I have my settings setup to have the last person be the start person when RM is reopened. But is does not work for me. It does open to a person I edited maybe within the last week.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix?

How should it work, does it open the last person viewed or edited?

As per the help that kevinm posted… it’s the person who is HIGHLIGHTED when you X out of a RootsMagic database or choose File→Close file to close that database.
