Sidebar Index Filtered by Group Not Refreshing Properly

Windows 10 Professional 64 bit. RM 11.0.3 32 bit.

Suppose I filter the sidebar index by a rules group and make a change that will change the group membership. The list of people in the sidebar index is not updated to reflect the new contents of the group. I think there are two separate issues.

  1. When the sidebar index is filtered by a group, there is a Refresh icon available. Clicking the icon doesn’t seem to do anything. First of all, the list of people is not updated in the sidebar index itself. Second of all, even if go over to the main People view and look at the group that way, the group will still not have been updated.
  2. I can force the group update to take place in the main People view. But even if I do so, the list of people in the index side bar is still not updated. The only way to get it to be updated seems to be to switch the sidebar index temporarily to a different group, and then to switch back to the original group.
