How do I display the list of people in a defined group in the sidebar? All I see is the Group name.
Thanks, Jeff
- Click on the Index icon on the left.
- Look for the pull down list just under the search widget. It will likely be labelled “Show Everyone”
- Open the pull down list and select the group you wish to list.
Thank you. I never would have found it. I searched in Help and couldn’t find it.
In my situation, I have only one group, “US Presidents.” Frequently, and for no apparent reason, it changes from “Show Everyone” to “US Presidents.” How do I get RM10 to stop changing on its own?
I would assume that, as often as the Index is used by the average user every session, any such “on its own” quirk would have manifested user reports by now. Does the Show Everyone block have a colored highlight (instead of being gray) when You notice this oddity? That coloring means focus of its function to enable changing to Group(s) filtering with a popover dropdown menu. It’s triggered by a click or hitting Enter when the highlight is showing.
No, there is no highlight on either “Show Everyone” or “US Presidents.” When selected, they’re both a very light blue. When I click the down arrow to show the list, the current group is a little darker blue, the same color as the person selected below it.
