RM8 on MacBook opens tabs instead of windows

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help? I am running RM8 on a 2015 MacBook Pro macOS 11.5.2.

Whenever I open what should come up as a window it opens as a tab. I can drag it off to be a separate window, but I would like the default to be that it opens as a separate window initially (as seen in the webinars).

I can’t find a way to change the default behaviour.

This may help - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mchla4695cce/11.0/mac/11.0. It controls the default behaviour if an application doesn’t provide alternatives in its own preferences.
