Your download email included the new license info. You’ll be prompted to register it when you open the software.

We’ve had some issue with the keys being sent and believe they are all resolved now. Please open a support ticket and we will make sure the email is sent.

”Register” you have 3 options I believe it is – by electronic windows, by phone, and I forget the third
the payment say it was payed with paypal while i payed with ideal, i live in the Netherland i made already a ticket, but it is not solved yet
if you have confirmation the ticket was open – its should hopefully be resolved today – They have limited staffing over-weekend I believe.

Two weeks ago I paid to upgrade my RootsMagic software from RM9 to RM10. I didn’t realize at the time that RM11 was about to be released. Do I need to pay for yet another upgrade for RM11?

No one says you have to buy every new version. If you are OK with how your current version works, the fact that it will no longer be updated, and you don’t want or need any new features in the next version, then keep right on with the older release.
