Downloading and Installing RM 11

I have ordered and paid for RM 11 and I received the “thank you for your order” and “receipt for order”, and as usually happens to me when I purchase a new version, I’m don’t remember the process for downloading and installing the new version. I have not received any email with download instructions and the new unlock key. Please help me jostle my forgetful memory bank. Thanks.

We’ve had some issue with the keys being sent and believe they are all resolved now. Please open a support ticket and we will make sure the email is sent.

Do we have an ETA for the key resolution? I’ve sent a ticket to support, and see Bruce’s note about it taking an hour or so.

I can see PollyH has been sent. keithcstone is still in the queue. They are working their way through them.

I just upgraded to RM11 . Got my purchase email, took a few minutes to get the key email. The key worked just fine for me. Using Mac version.

I wait still to recieve my key, already ticket suppurt, but i think that i come from the netherlands its this time different, from the upgrades to rm10 i had no problem
