I had RootsMagic11 on my old computer. It died. I purchased a new computer. I’m trying to install it. I downloaded it and put my registration number in. “Unlock” is not responding.
What am I doing wrong?
Just a guess but it may not be the correct license for v11. Hope you have the email they send when you purchase it.
Send email to support and they can verify.

I’m in now. I have no idea what happened. I started the remote control process but didn’t finish. Then I noticed Roots Magic is up to date and working!
