Problem list / no a problem list Enhancement request

I have been working my way through my (long) problem list - doing research etc. I either will be correcting the problem itself OR marking it as not a problem.

The problem (ha ha) that I now have is when I look at the ‘not a problem list’ is that I have no clue looking at the list WHY I may have marked it not a problem without going into the person and reviewing my research notes that I add.

My enhancement request is to add a ‘Reason’ (or Comment) field to enter a brief reason why it is not a problem. For example: For born before parents marriage. Sometimes it is an adoption situation where the parents adopted the child from a prior marriage.

Oh and perhaps the ability to edit the reason field in the list, because obviously if this were implemented there is no way to populate the field after it is already on the list.
