For most reports it’s mostly no. For some reports, you can print one primary photo per person. You can’t print more than one photo per person and you can’t print photos for facts such as a picture of a grave marker for a burial fact.
What you can do instead is to print separate reports that only contain printouts of media files. Such reports are called Scrapbook reports. So look at RM’s Scrapbook reports to see what they can do for you.
