May I please ask for the option to sort Places by latitude, longitude or both?
They seem to sort only alphanumerically by Name at present. That means a place with a street address won’t sort near its similar places. Lat & long sorting would be useful for getting all related Places to group next to each other.

The Place List will probably sort in the order you desire if you display it using the Reverse Places option.
The crude “workaround”, in the meantime, would be that Place List option under Places>Tools or under Publish>Reports and Charts>Place List that offers a placename or lat/long to reference the miles of coverage area.

Still there are cases where lat & long sorting would be useful for me. For example, I have some ancestors that lived in the same place over a span of time, but the geographic borders or placenames themselves changed.
For example, present day Bethel, Oxford County, Maine. Three generations of ancestors lived &/or were born in the same exact farmhouse.
But the location went from Bethel, York County, Massachusetts, to Bethel, York County, Maine, to Bethel, Oxford County, Maine.
It’d be great to sort in a way that all those clustered together based solely on their lat & long, which they won’t do just by Place or Reverse Place.
