Can we change the page numbers in book to standard format?
The bulk of the book is in “Roman Numerals” and the Table of contents is normal numbers.
With some playing around I have found that you need to leave the “Table of Contents” at the being and add all the other chapters after that and then the Table of Contents will be in Roman Numerals and all the other pages normal numbers.
