Online Support Help takes how long to respond?

A week ago I sent Support a request for help. I received a request number within minutes from Support.

Since then…nothing. The online link from the Support email with the request number has my file as open.

How long does it normally take RootsMagic Support to respond?

It’s likely going to take longer to hear back, since they just recently released RM8 and must be overwhelmed with questions.
