Note Options For Narrative Report

Hello Good People. Is there a way to separate the notes from the facts in a narrative report? There’s an option to put all facts into one paragraph or separate each fact, but is there a way to do the same for the notes, and whether to put them before or after the facts? I was trying to put all facts into one paragraph and then notes in another.

If not, I think that would be a nice feature :+1:t4:

The straightforward answer to your question with respect to narrative reports is “no”. The best you could do would be to enter all your facts without notes and then enter all your notes as one big note which is the note for the individual.
