I have RM10, Windows. I have several people that show they have Ancestry hints eg. 2 pending. When I click into the hint, it shown non outstanding. I go to Ancestry via Rootmagic and there are 2 hints, and they are “Stories, Memories & Histories”. Is Rootsmagic unable to show these hints in the Web hints? Sorry if this is not clear. I do not have a full membership.
If they are on the Ancestry Hints tab online for the person then they should be showing as Ancestry Hints in RM. That said, while checking this morning I am also not seeing the correct number of hints. In my case its Ancestry online that is not showing all the member trees. I’m not sure where you see “Stories, Memories & Histories”.
I have personally never had a hint labeled “Stories, Memories & Histories”. I know we don’t receive the LifeStory elements such as the narrative, maps, and historical events. Not sure if Ancestry categories “Stories, Memories & Histories” as part of that. To look into this we would need you to share your tree so we can follow it. I tried uploading a small tree with just the people displayed in the screenshots but I am not receiving those hints online for them.

Also I have the most basic membership, just above free. It is because of RM that I can move my tree forward or backwards however you look at it.
