I have updated to version 10.0.3, this problem appeared with the prior version and this version.
Total narrative report is over 3,000 pages, with 17,211 people in tree.
When I print the entire narrative report, some notes do not appear in the single children’s listing. This problem started on page 215 of 3,000.
When I print the narrative report for just the specific parents the notes appear for all of the children. So, the notes appear to be okay, they just do not appear in the narrative report that is over 3,000 pages.

I found the problem. Two cousins married, the notes appear under the first person in the report, but not in the 2nd person in the report.
The wife is listed first in the genealogy, children notes appear under her name.
Husband is listed later in the genealogy, children notes do not appear.
I think it might have to do who is a blood relationship back to “root”/home person that relationships are set to vs by marriage but if both are truly related to home person (not just each other) then it might have to with path distance. Maybe someone who has experience this can comment further.
