Not entirely sure if I have MyRootsMagic account or not. None of my passwords work so I clicked “I forgot my password”. I get emailed a link that isn’t actually a link. So I copy-paste the link into the URL and get an alert that says,
“The page you were looking for doesn’t exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.”
In past when this problem was reported they were told the website was down. That was a year ago. So…
the password reset option is still down but MyRootsMagic is still operational. However, you have to reset password but either creating ticket or messaging Renee

That just took me to a log-in where none of my potential passwords work. Resetting passwords should be a no-brainer but this seems a little ridiculous.
Did you look at the ticket I sent and use the login there? I tested it again and it is working for me. Go to Publish, MyRootsMagic and click on Sign In and enter the login I gave you. Once you are logged in using that password you can then change it under Settings.
Support ticket #145162 has your login information. If you can’t find it then open a chat on our website and have the agent look at ticket#145162 for the login information. They can give it to you. They can also help you remotely if needed.
