MyRootsMagic password reset links don't work

I published a tree on MyRootsMagic. A couple weeks later, I went to publish an update and was asked to sign in. I didn’t recall creating a separate login for that, so I just used my e-mail address and my RootsMagic 9.6.1 serial #. That didn’t work, so I went through a couple passwords I’d normally have used, to no avail. Failing in my sign in attempts, I clicked “I forgot my password” and was promptly e-mailed a link to reset it (the message told me my password was being e-mailed to me, not a reset link). No matter how many times I did this, the links never worked. I always get “The page you were looking for doesn’t exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.” I copied and pasted the links into Firefox, so it wasn’t a typing error. Trying to create a new account didn’t work because my e-mail address was already in use by the program. Please help me!
