I thought I was paid a while back
I have wasted so much time just getting restarted on here… We have an extensive tree, so far with others help.
In the system I have access to I do not see a RM10 purchase. There is a RM9 key that I just recent to you. If you have further questions contact sales@rootsmagic.com or call 801-489-3102.
Do you know where & how you purchased-- its possible you purchased from a non RM site.
Also – did you get a email confirmation. “owing” money sounds suspicious.
I thought I paid for RM10 nearly a year ago… but who knows?? I think I paid the lady above since she said I needed the whole year… whatever that meant. Anyway… thought I paid her but did not pay the extra little charge for full item. I have used RM for many many years… lost it several times but always bought it back… This time I know I bought it from RM9 to RM 10, but not the extra page. I had paid for RM9 maybe a week before and thought I got it as a bonus since I already had RM9. Then all hell broke loose in the world so it went to bed for a while. Then dug around and played with it but never got into enough. Now… in my 70’s I know I need to finish up what I already have… Lots and lots of papers… Really happy that I finally found Graves in the works… he is my 10th Grandfather. Another possibility is what has happened during my last purchase. Longtime user who continually bought upgrades under the same email address forever… then goofed and mistakenly used my secondary email address in a senior moment and didn’t understand why I didn’t get the offered discount price. Realized later… so if you might have, shoot them that info to check alternatively.
Like Kevin suggested, hopefully you can check all of your email accounts and find one that says
“RootsMagic 10 Registration Key“
and you’ll be in good shape!
What extra little page are you referring to? If you bought it directly from RM in the United States, there is only 2 offers-- RM essentials-- free to use BUT you don’t get access to everything and then the full version which is 1 price–no extra page.
If however you bought it from someone outside the United States, they MIGHT charge more and have some kind of extra page–so do you really need the extra page?
When I got RM10 I just paid the regular “upgrade” price, but not the full price. I had just paid the full price for RM9 a little over a month ago… so, I just went ahead and paid upgrade, but still don’t have it installed. Had 1 year of worse bad health… but now seem over it, thank goodness. JIB
Just bill me… NOW!!! I am not going to argue about a silly price… my problem is I don’t have any access and am doing this on a shoestring. NOT FUN, but I have some new info that a “group” put together. Just bill me… don’t like this talk… just help me out…

I could not tell you exactly, I do not have full knowledge of what you already have or not. Assuming you only have RM9 then you would select the upgrade option when purchasing and the price would be $29.95.
Never got the key… but my wife showed me two bills on credit card for $29.95 each the other day. That must be in error. Both on the same credit card!!
I am having hard time getting back to main engine… we had 4000 downloads yesterday and cant see them at all. JIB
