I had RM 3, then 6 then 7 and bought 10 the 23 of May. Successfully got my gedcom from Ancestry. Every time I try to work in the RM program, I am prompted that, I can if I get the full program! I did!! I have my bank statement. Where do I report this problem?
When you purchased RM 10, you should have received a confirmation letter with a key to unlock RM 10- you need to enter that key and then you shouldn’t have any other problems.

PS I don’t know if you email recover key on a weekend, if they will respond before they open on Monday which is Mountain time
