Yes. I agree with @kbens0n, your post is a little vague. Especially since you also mentioned in your other thread that you were trying to upgrade from RM9 to RM10. Perhaps you could send a “screenshot” to help clarify.
4000 topics downloaded from online tree… 1st time doing that… 2nd - Paid for 1 RM10, but then billed for 2… now wife says we are billed for 3. Came on here thinking we were already paid from months ago with a payment to RM10
