media files not found

I dropped into media files some existing files. They are showing up in media for the person, but with a big red x. Says ‘media file not found.’ What did I do wrong?

Don’t know but you will have to click on the 3 Dots and use the Fix Broken Media Links. If you rename, delete, move the media it will cause a red X.

Someone had ALL their media with a red X … turns out all the media was on a flash drive and they had unplugged it. Don’t do that.

you can check the media name & path

Make sure its the correct path and file name you might have to either move file on computer or update the path/folder in RM
