I try to log in to FamilySearch thru RM9 I get the “Wrong Login” message.
I can sign in from my computer, NO problem.
The FT API that we use does not support all login option available on the website. It will only use the FamilySearch Account option. It does not support two-factor authentication if you have that turned on it will need to be turned off. It also has a very limited number of special character it uses so that could be another issue you are having.
