One can attach an image to a source; is there a way to include that image with the endnotes of a narrative report? For example, I have a number of relatives whose names are inscribed on a memorial. Rather than present that image on one or more of the individuals, I would like to include it within the endnotes.

Add the image to the .docx or .pdf. Or, create a book consisting of both the report and the image.
The simple answer is no, not in the endnotes, not using standard RM features.
If it’s only one image, you might consider saving the report as an *.docx file and editing the file with a word processor. You could insert the image with a word processor.
Another option would be to use RM’s book feature with two chapter. The first chapter could be your report without the image. The second chapter could be a Scrapbook report with just the one image.
