I have looked in RM9, RM10, and RM11, and I can’t find the option to select people for FGS or alphabetic lists when making an HTML Web site. It seems to include everybody in the database when it makes the Web site.
RM8 did not support HTML web sites. The option to select people worked fine in RM7.
The RM11 help file says the option exists, but I don’t see it. In RM7, the option didn’t pop up until I clicked Finish. The workflow for RM11 works the same as RM7 up to a point. There isn’t an option before I click Finish. But after I click Finish, it just makes the Web site for everybody in the database instead of giving me a chance to pick the people to include.
hmm one would think it would ask for group or mark people before making pages - I will play with later – the only thing I saw was # of generations I believe
If anybody were desperate to make such a site before the issue is resolved, they could make such a site by creating a temporary database and then by dragging and dropping only the people they wanted on the site into the temporary database. Then, create the site from the temporary database.
