Unknown source of Individual List

I have a report titled Individual List showing all members of one family based on surname with given names in strict alphabetical order and including BMD dates, census addresses, and other facts. Problem is that I cannot replicate it after 2 years of possible edits in RM so perhaps I created it from some other program.
Each heading looks like this:
DOUGLAS, Alan Hardcastle -583 (M)
Then a list of all know facts for that person
DOUGLAS, Alan Mason - 11889 (M)
Etc. Etc.
Your suggestions would be most welcome.

Sounds exactly like RootsMagic’s Individual List:

Publish>Individual List>
Settings>List type>Selected People>
Settings>Include?>Select people>Select >From list>Mark>Select>OK?
Settings>Generate Report

Many thanks to Kbenson. You were quite correct. I had forgotten that I had to select each person for the Individual List. Now I have 30 pages of updated Douglas family info.

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, it’s often possible to select the people all in one go by using some sort of selection criteria. You can use Advanced Search or make a group, which is more or less like using an Advanced Search.

Thanks for the advice. I gave that a try but it would have been useful if I could then have printed out the result. Maybe you have a solution to that? I had hoped that to avoid selecting each individual one at a time RM had in it the option to select the first person and then the use of the shift and arrow keys to highlight the rest and “voila” hit print. Is that option there but I have yet to find it?
No big deal because I achieved what I needed to do and can now apply that Individual List to other family surnames.

It kind of works in the opposite direction. Instead of selecting the people and then printing the results, you initiate printing a report and then select the people. I understand the desire to “print what you see without further ado” after doing a search. But for the most part, that’s not the way RM works for this kind of reporting.

After using Person Search-Advanced click on Saved Searches and create a new one. It will still have stored the criteria from the search you just ran. With that Saved Search you can now filter the Individual List using it. Click on Include? and Select from List. Click Mark and Saved Searches. Then select the one you just created. It will include everyone in that search.
