When I click on FS and indicate filter only people changed. No people come up even though FSCenter indicated 623 people have not been connected

Only those that are matches that will appear on the changed list, if changes were made on either side since the last time they were viewed. If they are unmatched you will need to use the “Not Matched” filter.
