When attempting to use the People Not Matched to FS inside the FS Person Tool, the program freezes. I can’t close the window or exit RM. I’m required to us my Windows Task Manager to shut it down.
Since the Filter panel is internal to RootsMagic, which of the seven menu items or two button functions were You “using”?
do you get this far?
if so, the people on the left side are non matched RM to FS
It will find living people (unless you added them)
one you select a person you can “FIND MATCHES”
if it find a (close ) match it will then display them in grid
another way would be to create a group or advanced Search
I would probably suggest this criteria
then group (Making sure you saved info)
you can name “Missing FSID” – its can be refreshed later as needed

I don’t even get that far. I click on the drop down menu, click on People Not Matched, and the program freezes.

If that second approach still locks You up…
You could try a program settings Reset by pressing Ctrl-Shift-U and re-establishing your program and database Settings.
-OR- failing that
Uninstall RM11 and then Re-Install

On FamilySearch Central how many people does it show as Not Matched? Do you have it filtered to a group? Try taking it off the group filter and then click on Not Matched.
